Big Fat Alien is an independent videogame company founded by myself (Kiaran Ritchie) in 2009 and registered in beautiful British Columbia. Our first game, BEEP, is a 2d-platformer with precision action gameplay and physics-based puzzles.

While building BEEP we followed these simple values:

  1. Gameplay trumps everything. Story and graphics, while important, will always be second class citizens here.
  2. The player’s time is important. That means no filler content and no grinding away hours to level-up.
  3. The player is smart AND coordinated. Our games are designed to tickle both sides of your brain.

I sincerely hope you enjoy BEEP. It was the product of 3 individuals; myself, my wife Jasmine and Francisco Furtado.
